Our Journey with The Little Yogis: A Sanskrit ABC Adventure!

At Danapriya, we’re thrilled to celebrate the incredible progress of our book, The Little Yogis: A Sanskrit ABC Adventure, which launched in January and has reached new heights since. This special project, inspired by my late grandfather and his love for Sanskrit, quickly soared to the top 500 children's books on Amazon.

Since its release, we’ve had the privilege of distributing The Little Yogis to libraries and schools across India, sparking curiosity about Sanskrit and Indian culture in young readers. But the journey didn’t stop there. I was honored to bring the book to Chinmaya Mission Los Angeles (CMLA), where my sister and I have been taking religion and language classes myself since kindergarden. Sharing The Little Yogis with the community that helped shape my love for Sanskrit was a full-circle moment, and a chance to give back to the people who set me on this path as well as a node to our late grandfather.

Through this book, Danapriya continues to spread the beauty of Sanskrit and Indian heritage to children around the world, and we’re grateful for the support that has made this possible. Stay tuned for more updates on how we’re expanding our reach and touching lives, one page at a time!
